Fortalice thereof; together with all and sundry Mills, Mul-
tures, Fishings, as well of Salmon as other Fishes, Aqueducts,
Burns, Parks, and Inclosures, Tenants, Tenandries, and Ser-
vice of Free Tenants, Advocation, Donation, and Right of
Patronage of the Chaplainaries of *Kildees* and *Tullibardine,*
and of all other Kirks and Chaplainaries of the foresaid Lands,
with the Pertinents, lying within the Stewartry of *Strathearn,*
and Sheriffdom of *Perth:* And all and whole, the Town and
Lands of *Muckroft,* and Kirk Lands of *Kinkell,* with all and
sundry Houses, Buildings, Yards, Orchards, Parts, Pendi-
cles, and Pertinents of the said Lands, lying within the Ba-
rony of *Cardeny,* and Sheriffdom foresaid, with the whole
Mines and Minerals of Gold and Silver, and other Metals and
Minerals, Coals, Coalheughs, Lime-Quarries, and Limestone
whatsoever, that already are, or hereafter shall be found within
the bounds of the foresaid whole Lands, with the Pertinents,
whether by virtue of any Right or Gift granted to the Grand-
father of him the said *John* Duke of *Atholl,* by King *William,*
under the Great Seal of *Scotland,* or by virtue of any other
Right whatsoever, with all Right, Title, and Interest which
he might any ways claim, to the Teinds, Parsonage, and
Vicarage of the said whole Lands, and others above written,
with the Pertinents thereof. But always with and under the
several Provisions, Restrictions, Conditions, Declarations,
Clauses Irritant and Resolutive in the said Deed contained,
and such as are usual in Settlements of Estates in strict Entail
by the Law and Practice of *Scotland.*

*And whereas* the said *Charlotte,* late Duchess of *Atholl* Titles made by
and Baroness *Strange,* the Institute in the said Disposition Duke of Atholl.
and Deed of Entail before recited, did, after the Death of the
said *John* Duke of *Atholl,* her Husband, by Deed of Disposi-
tion and Assignation, bearing date the 24th Day of *July,* 1775,
convey and assign to the said *John,* now Duke of *Atholl,* her
eldest Son, and the other Heirs of Entail in the said Deed of
Entail mentioned, all the Lands, Lordships, Baronies, and
Estates therein contained; but under and subject to the whole
Conditions, Provisions, and Restrictions in such Deed of Entail
expressed, reserved and declared, together with the unexe-
cuted Procuratory of Resignation in such Deed of Entail con-
tained.
