to His Majesty the other to the Informer.

That your Memorialists likewise submit it
to Your Lordships whether it may not be necessary
to suppress the Exportation of Raw Hides to the Isle
of Man; though they think the Difficulties attending
that Manufacture are too great, and the Advantages
too small to suffer it to be carried on to any considerable
extent.

That as Your Memorialists have not by
their Information any reason to believe that the
Smuggling of Wine from the Isle of Man into Scotland
is carried on to any great or material extent, They
have omitted to say any thing upon that head.

All which is most humbly submitted
