In reply, I beg to state for their Lordships
information, that I have so frequently
had occasion to feel the injury which
the rights reserved to my Family in 1765
have sustained by the separation which
then took place, that I would not consent
to any partial sale of those remaining
reserved Rights; but, if it is deemed
desirable to purchase the whole, I am
willing to treat for the disposal of all
the Reserved Sovereign, & other Rights, &
Interests in the Isle of Man, included
within the provisions of the recent act,
which were specially reserved to my Family
by the Act of the 5.^th year of His late
Majesty, George the 3.^d Cap. 26. -
Commonly Called the Revesting Act, -
and for that purpose I propose nominating
M^r William Harrison, one of His
Majesty's Counsel, as Arbitrator on
