within the space of Six Months, that therefore the same may be
dismissed with Exemplary Costs — The Lords of the Committee
in Obedience to Your Majestys said Order of Reference, this Day
proceeded to take the said Petition into their Consideration, and
heard the Petitioners by their Sollicitor thereupon, And it appearing
to be upwards of eighteen Months since the said order or Judgment
Appealed from, was given in the Isle of Man and that the
Appellant had not during all that time presented any Petition
of appeal to Your Majesty in Council; Their Lordships do
therefore agree humbly to Report as their Opinion to Your
Majesty, that the said appeal of the said David Angus should
be dismissed for nonprosecution".

His Majesty taking the said Report into Consideration was
pleased with the advice of his privy Council to Approve thereof, and
to order that the said Appeal of the said David Angus, be, and it
is hereby Dismissed this Board for nonprosecution — Whereof
the Governor or Commander in Chief of the said Isle of Man for
the time being and all others whom it may concern are to take
Notice and Govern themselves accordingly
