Whereas there was this Day read at the Board a Report from the
Right Honourable the Lords of the Committee of Council for hea[obscured]
Appeals from the Plantations &c^a. dated the 10^th of this Instant in t[obscured]
Words following —viz.^t

" Your Majesty having been pleased by Your Order in
" Council of the 4^th of November 1763 to refer unto this Comm[obscured]
" the humble Petition of John Quillin Esquire, Your Majestys At[obscured]
" General of the Isle of Man, and Samuel Kirkpatrick sometim[obscured]
" an officer of Your Majestys Customs within the said Island, se[obscured]
" forth, amongst other things, that David Angus prayed and w[obscured]
" allowed an Appeal to Your Majesty in Council, from an order o[obscured]
" Judgment given in the Court of Exchequer in the said Island o[obscured]
