Cannonrys Prebends Colledges Vicarages
Hospitals Churches Chappels and Advowsons
or any of them shall respectively become vacant
or void by Death Resignation Deprivation Per-
mutation Cession Dismission or otherwise
then and so often it shall and may be lawfull
to and for the person and Persons who shall
from time to time be then immediately entitled
to be in the actual Receipt of the Rents Re-
venues Issues and profits of the said Isle Castle
Peel Lordships and Territories of Man and
other the said trusted premises or of the Sur-
plussage thereof by virtue of these Presents and
as such person or persons shall be in the actual
Receipt thereof to present and collate to all
and every such Bishopricks Archdeaconrys
Rectorys Cannonrys Prebends Vicarages
Colledges Hospitals Churches and Chapples
and to all other ecclesiastical Benefices a-
foresaid such proper and able Clerks and
Clerks to supply the same and to give and
confer such Benefices to such person or persons
as he she or they shall from time to time rea-
sonably think fit Any thing herein before
contained to the contrary thereof notwithstand-
ing And it is hereby further declared
and agreed by and between all and every
