over or cause to be assigned or delivered over
the said East India Bonds last mentioned and
every of them and pay all Interest thereof
which shall have arisen or accrued due in the
mean time or all such part and so much of the
same East India Bonds last mentioned and
the Interest thereof as shall not have been be
fore such time applyed and disposed of for
the purpose aforesaid unto him the said John
Duke of Athole his Executors Administrators
and Assigns to and for his or their own use and
benefit **Provided always** and
it is hereby also declared and agreed by and be
tween all the said parties hereto that the
half years Interest which shall become
due on the thirtieth day of September
next on all and every the East India Bonds
mentioned in the particulars thereof hereon in
dorsed shall be received by or paid to the said
John Duke of Athole his executors Administra
tors or Assigns to and for his and their own
Use and Benefit Except as to such of the said
Bonds as if any shall or may have been before
the said thirtieth day of September neces
sarily sold or disposed of in pursuance
or performance of any of the Trusts herein
before declared concerning the same respec
tively
