Atholl and David Lord Viscount Stormont
or either of them now hold the same of the Kings
Majesty And by and under no other Rents
Tenures Suits or Services whatsoever And
It is hereby declared and agreed by and be-
tween the said parties to these presents, and it is
the true Intent and meaning of them and of these
presents, that the Grant and Feoffment here-
by made and executed by the said James Duke
of Atholl and David Lord Viscount Stormont
of the said several Rectorys Impropriations Tythes
and other the premises unto the said John
Murray and his heirs and Assigns in such
manner and form as is herein before expressed
was and is so made and executed To the In-
tent that the legal Estate and Interest of
and in the same Rectorys Impropriations
Tythes and Premises may be and remain
vested in the said John Murray his heirs
