Lord Viscount Stormont Sir Charles Frederick
and Edmond Hoskins jointly with the person and
persons so to be elected and nominated as aforesaid
and their Heirs of the said Isle Castle Peel Lordship
and Territory of Man and of other the said Premises
or otherwise well and sufficiently convey and assure
the same unto them To hold to such Survivor
and Survivor and to such Nominee and Nominees
and their heirs upon several Trusts and subject
to and by and under such Conditions Provisoes
Declarations and Agreements as are herein
before expressed or so much thereof as shall be
then undetermined and capable of being
performed and executed And upon no other
Trust whatsoever and such new Feoffees and
Trustees jointly with the Survivors and
Survivor of them the said David Lord Viscount
Stormont Sir Charles Frederick and Edmond
Hoskins (subject to the several Trusts aforesaid)
shall stand seized thereof accordingly And to the
end that there may always continue and be
three proper persons to act in the Management
of the said several trusted Premises and
in the execution of the said several Trusts
until such time as such Sale or Disposition
as mentioned in the said recited Indenture of
the sixth day of April one thousand seven hundred
