nuance of the ſeveral Trusts hereby declared
and appointed concerning the ſame And untie
such Sale or Diſpoſition ſhall be made there
of to the Kings Majeſty his heirs or Succeſſors
as aforeſaid It is hereby declared and agreed by
and between all the parties to theſe Preſents that
when and so often as any Office civil or military
judicial or miniſterial within the ſaid Isle or
the Dependencies thereof or within the ſaid Castle
Peel Lordship or Territory of Man or belonging
thereto ſhall became vacant or void by death
Reſignation Ceſsion Deprivation Forfeiture
or otherwiſe That then and so often it ſhall
and may lawful to and for such perſon
or perſons who by virtue of theſe Preſents
ſhall from time to time be immediately en-
titled to be in the actual Receipt of the Rents
Revenues Fruits Iſsues and Profits of the
ſaid Isle castle Peel Lordship and Territory
of Man and other the Premiſes so granted
and enfeoffed to the ſaid John Wood and his
heirs upon Trust as aforeſaid or of the Sur-
plusage thereof and as he she or they shall
respectively be in the actual Receipt thereof
from time to time and until such Sale
or Diſpoſition shall be made of the said
Isle Hereditaments and Premiſes to the
Kings Majeſty his Heirs or Succeſsors as
aforeſaid
