and whereas several offers and
Proposals have been made to the said James Duke
of Athol for the purchase of the several Rectories
Impropriations and Tythes within the said Isle
part of the trusted premises and Inconveniencies
having arisen from the present method of leasing
the same He the said Duke hath therefore enter-
tained such proposals and is inclined to enter
into a Treaty for the sale of the said Rectories
Impropriations and Tythes accordingly And in
order to facilitate such Sale hath agreeable to the
before mentioned power and Authority so re-
served to him by the said last recited Indenture of
Feofment Determined to revoke and make
void all and every the Trusts Directions Decla-
rations and Agreements in the same Indenture
contained touching the same Rectories Impropria-
tions and Tythes and every of them with the Ap-
purtenances thereto belonging And for the pur-
poseaforesaid hath applied to and requested
the said David Lord Viscount Stormont the sur-
viving Feoffee of the said trusted premises to
reconvey and assure the said several Rectories
Impropriations and Tythes part of the said trust-
ed premises unto the said John Murray of Stro-
wan and his heirs To the End and Intent
that he may be thereby enabled to grant
and convey the same Rectories and Tythes
with their Appurtenances to such person or
persons
