Whereas there was this Day read at the Board a Report from
the Right Honourable the Lords of the Committee of Council for
hearing appeals from the plantations &c Dated the 20^th of last
Month in the Words following - Viz^t.

" Your Majesty having been pleased by Your order
" in Council of the 6^th Day of June last to refer unto this
" Committee the humble petition of the Reverend James Wi[obscured]
" Clerk vicar of the parish of Kirk Michael in the Isle o[obscured]
" Man, and Lessee of the Impropriate Tythes of the said par[obscured]
" Setting forth, that John Kaighin prayed and was allo[obscured]
" an appeal to your Majesty in Council from an order m[obscured]
" by the Governor of the said Isle on the 13^th of March 17[obscured]
" and also from an order of the Vicars General of the said [obscured]
" of the 22^d of November 1768, in favour of the petitioner rel[obscured]
" to the payment of the Tyth of Fish due to him from the [obscured]
" John Kaighin - And humbly praying in regard the [obscured]
" John Kaighin hath neglected to prosecute his said [obscured]
" that therefore the same may be dismissed for non prose[obscured]
" with such Costs as shall be adequate to the vexation of [obscured]
