Hoskins or the Survivor of them or the executors
or Administrators of such Survivor that no part of
the Estates conveyed by him the said Duke unto
them and their heirs as aforesaid is subject to any
Charge or Incumbrance whatsoever other than
and besides the said heritable Bond for the sum
of seven thousand pounds and the said life E-
state of the said Mary Duchess Dowager of
Atholl in such parts thereof as aforesaid
or from and immediately after such time as
all such other Charges or Incumbrances if any
as shall upon such Search as aforesaid be
found to be thereon or on any part thereof
And all principal Money Interest and Costs
due or to become due thereon or in respect there-
of shall have been fully paid and satisfied
and the said Estates been intirely effectually
and absolutely freed disincumbered and ex-
onerated therefrom and from all Claims and
Demands in respect thereof and sufficient and
satisfactory Evidence thereof shall have been
produced to them the said Sir Charles Frede-
rick and Edmund Hoskins or the Survivor
of them or the executors or Administrators of
such Survivor Upon further
Trust that they the said Sir Charles Fre-
derick and Edmund Hoskins or the Survivor
of them or the Executors or Administrators of
such Survivor shall and do assign or deliver.
