as aforesaid that so soon as it shall so happen
that any of them the said David Lord Viscount
Stormont Sir Charles Frederick and Edmond
Hoskins shall depart this life then and im-
mediately from thenceforth the Survivors of
them the said David Lord Viscount Stor-
mont Sir Charles Frederick and Edmond
Hoskins shall and do forthwith elect and
by writing under their hands Nominate such
other proper person as they shall think fit
to supply the place of the Person so dying
in the execution of the said Trusts and im-
mediately after such Election and Nomination
they the said Survivors shall and do by such
proper Feofments and Conveyances as
shall be deemed sufficient Enfeoff some o-
ther proper Person or Persons and their heirs
of the said Isle Castle Peel Lordship and
Territory of Man and of all and singular
other the aforesaid Premises or otherwise well
and sufficiently convey and assure the same
unto such other proper Person or Persons
and their heirs to the end such person or per-
sons to whom the same shall be granted
or who shall be so enfeoffed thereof do and
shall immediately re-enfeoff the Survivors
and Survivor of them the said David
