31. Isle in or about the year one thousand seven
hundred and thirty six and the Right to which
same Rectorys Impropriations Tyths and Pre.
mises was confirmed and established in the said
James Duke of Atholl by decree of the high
court of Chancery of England bearing date
on or about the fifteenth day of July in the year
of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and
fifty one And which same Rectorys Impro-
priations Tyths and Premises are now or
late were in the Possession Holding or Occu-
pation of John Cannl[?] John Cowle Thomas
Wood Clerk, Samuel Gell Clerk, Mathias
Banks, John Quayles John Clucas, Robert
Bridson, Richard Tyldesley, and Thomas Ganone[?],
or some of them, their or some of their Assigns
or Undertenants and were comprehended
in and granted by the said first recited Inden-
ture or deed of Feofment bearing date the said
fourteenth day of November One thousand
seven hundred and thirty seven by such general
Words and descriptions as are herein after men-
tioned That is to say All that the now or late
Monastary or Priory of Rushing and Douglas
and the Fryers Minors commonly called Grey-
fryers of Bymaken alias Brymaken and
every of them with their and every of their
Rights Members and Appurtenances in or
