In obedience to your Grace's Commands
I proceed to state to your Grace certain
alterations and Innovations which have
taken place in the practice and proceedings
of the Courts of Justice of the Island since
the Revestment.

The Tynwald Court
Though strictly Speaking not a Court of
Justice does I humbly conceive come within
the Scope of Your Grace's Inquiry.
The Revestment did not make any
alteration in the practice or proceedings
of the Tynwald Court but after that period
certain of the Officers, particularly the
Rec^r General and the Water Bailiff who
had always been Members of the Lords Council
did not take their Seats in Tynwald or
