of Aberdeen his Executors Administrators or
Aſsigns as aforesaid every or any part thereof
And this Indenture
moreover witneſseth that to the end
and Intent that the said Term of five hun-
dred years and the Residue and Remainder
thereof yet to come and unexpired of and in
the said Rectorys Impropriations and Tyths
so granted enffeoffed and confirmed unto the
said John Murray and his heirs as aforesaid
may be merged and extinguished in the Re-
version and Inheritance of the same Pre-
mises expectant on the Determination
of the said Term, he the said George Earl of
Aberdeen hath by the order and direction
of the said James Duke of Athole (testified
by his Sealing and delivering of these presents)
aſsigned surrendered yielded and given up
And by these presents doth aſsign sur-
render yield and give up unto the said John
Murray and his heirs All and singular the
said Rectorys Impropriations and Tyths
and all other the premisses which in and by
these presents have been so granted enfeoffed
and confirmed or mentioned or intended so
to be to the said John Murray and his
Heirs
