Sir

M^r Arthur Onslow Riding Surveyor in the Port of
Leverpoole, who was concerned in the Prosecution of three Ships
on Account of their Landing Goods in the Isle of Man, having
desired to know whether a Vessel from Foreign parts, laden with
Tea arriving at the Isle of Man and unshipping part of her Cargo
there, will Subject the Vessel and remainder of the Cargo to a
Seizure there; and the Commissioners being acquainted by their
Solicitor that he is informed His Majesty's Attorney and Solicitor
General have lately given an Opinion to the Lords of the Treasury
upon this Question; - The Board desire they may have a Copy
of the said Opinion for their Information. - I am
