My Lord
I have the honour of your Lordships saying the forms are no longer stopt with
regard to Mr Crigans appointment,
I do asure you & (thro you) your Successors in office that whilst I live
none else but my self has any right to appoint a Bishop of Mann
I am My Lord Your Lordships Humble Servt
