At Castle Rushen the 12^th day —
of April 1764

Upon hearing this Petition in presence of the pet^r and
M^r John Quayle Comptroller Deft^e upon reading his the s^d.
Deft^s Answer thereto I am of opinion and do accordingly Order that
the s^d pet^rs Name be again inserted on the List of the Twenty
four Keys of this Isle. AND as to the other Matters and
Charges mentioned in the s^d petition I think proper to Dismiss that
part thereof, but leave the s^d parties to take such Remedy for the same
against each other as they may think most adviseable —
