Grant and Re-enfeoffment be held of the Kings
Majesty and by no other Rents Tenures Suits and
Services whatsoever to the End and Intent that the
legal Estate and Interest of and in the said Isle
Castle Peel Lordship and Territory of Man and
other the hereditaments and Premises hereby grant
ed enfeoffed and confirmed may be and from thence
forth become visted in them the said David Lord
Viscount Stormont and Sir Charles Frederick
and Edmond Hoskins their heirs and Assigns
AND it is hereby declared and agreed
by and between the said parties to these presents
and it is the true Intent and meaning of them
and of these presents That from and after
such new Grant and Re-enfeoffment of
the said Isle Castle Peel Lordship and Territory
of Man and other the premises shall be so made
and executed by the said John Wood or his heirs
unto the said David Lord Viscount Stormont
Sir Charles Frederick and Edmond Hoskins
their heirs and Assigns in such manner and
Form as in these presents is for that purpose
expressed or in any other manner or Form
whatsoever That they the said David Lord
Viscount Stormont Sir Charles Frederick
and Edmond Hoskins and the Survivors
and Survivor of them and the heirs Executors
Administrators and Assigns of such Sur-
