That the Several Towns of this Isle may be represented by one or two
Members each; — for its conceived that said Towns make a different figure from
what they did in the early Infancy of the Constitution; and that from their Importance
to this Country, they are well intitled to an adequate Representation

That the several Sheadings or Parishes within this Isle, be represented
by a determinate Number of Members, elected by such Sheadings or Parishes as
may be conceived most proper;

That no persons holding or possessing any place ~~and~~ [above line: or] Pension under
Government, no persons under the Age of twenty one Years, no persons
of Property in this Isle who do not reside therein, be eligible to represent
any such Sheading or Parish — for reasons too obvious to state herein

That no person under Government, no Bishop, Archdeacon,
Vicar General, Rector, Vicar, Chaplain, Curate, or Churchwarden interfere in
Elections, directly or indirectly; under Pain of Particular Forfeitures; while
Consequences might arise to the State from the Exertion of undue Influence
and the Principle of free Agency in the Electors would be extinguished

That all Electors, at the time of voting, make Oath that they have
not received any Premium or Promise of Reward for voting and that
all Candidates make Oath that they have in nowise bribed directly or
indirectly all or any of their Electors or persons who vote for them
