Indenture expreſsed In which said last mentioned
Indenture of Aſsignment is contained a Power
whereby the said Duke was enabled from time
to time and all times thereafter during his life
by any Deed or Instrument in writing sealed
and delivered by him in the Presence of and at
tested by three or more credible Witneſses or by
his last Will and Testament in writing signed
and published by him in the Presence of and
attested by the like Number of Witneſses, to
revoke alter vary determine Repeal and
make void in all or part All and every or any
of the Trusts Directions Declarations and A-
greements therein contained concerning all
or any part of the said Premiſes and the
money or other Equivalent to arise by the Sale
thereof and by the same or any other Deed
or Instrument in writing attested as aforesaid
or by his last Will signed and attested as afore-
said to declare limit or appoint any further
other or different Trusts or Directions thereof
and with or without Power of Revocation
as to him should seem meet And it was
thereby declared that from and after such
Revocation alteration Variation Deter-
mination or making void of all or any of the
said Trusts Declarations and Directions
the said George Earl of Aberdeen his Ex-
ecutors
