These are to Certify to the Right Honourable the Lords of the Treasury that
John Younger agent to Anthony Bacon Esqr hath by orders and directions delivered
to His Majestys Troops in this Island The
following Provisions
Bread 3320 Loaves 19920 Pounds at 6th April to 7th July 1770 Inclusive
Coals 569 Bushels at 6 April to 6th July Inclusive
Candles 81 Pounds at 6 April to 6th July Inclusive
[signed] John Hedges, Captn 48th Regt Isle of Man the 28 July
Isle of Man the 28 July 1770.
John Younger agent to Anthony Bacon Esqr voluntary came before me and made Oath
that He hath by order of John Hedges Esqr Captain in the 48th Regiment of Foot,
the Commanding Officer of His Majesty's Troops, deliverd to the said Troops
The following Provisions & Stores viz
Bread 3320 Loaves 19920 Pounds at 6th April to 7th July 1770 Inclusive
Coals 569 Bushels at 6 April to 6th July Inclusive
Candles 81 Pounds at 6 April to 6th July Inclusive
Sworn before me this 28th July 1770
