Glenmoye and so from Glenmoye to the Extreame End of Dauby adjoyning Kirk Christ

Cothans till it Joyns the Parish of Kirk Arbory and the Road from near Henry Milleys [obscured]
aforesaid going near an East over the Hill till it meets the Castletown Road near Slew= [obscured]
whellan, all these be amended opened and altered where the Same so requires it, upon our View [obscured]

And as the Roads going to the fishing Ports of Glanmoy and [obscured]
Dauby are not at present from the main Road, fully convenient to go to and from
Said Harbours, we do order and appoint that no Stoppage may be given to the fisher=
Men and Passengers on the Said Accustomed Roads to and from Said Harbours, till we
further order and declare how the Same may be most conveniently made and
Conducted for the uses of the Publick
And to the End that all and singular the beforementioned Roads and Highways may
be made convenient for the uses of the Publick, we do further direct and appoint
that all and singular the Said Roads and Highways be widned where requisite to
eighteen Feet in Breadth in every Part and Place, thorough upon or Contiguous to the
Rented Lands of the respective Owners and Holders thereof Subject to our direction
and appointment, according to the true intent and meaning of the Said Ordinance
of the Said Tynwald Court, Except only some parts of the Road leading from near
Henry Milleys near Glanmoye out the Gloarmoar to Gloanrushen, where the Same
is Rothey, which Road is nevertheless to be further repaired widned and made Commodious
for the Publick to Pass and repass therein, which Several Directions and Orders
we do hereby give in pursuance of the Powers given us by the Said Ordinance of
the Tynwald Court, and we do hereby further desire that these our proceedings
in the premises may be registred in the Comptrolers Office And annex'd to the
Said Ordinance that all Persons whom it may concern, may take Notice
thereof As Witness our Hands in Peeltown this 29^th day of April 1760
