I beg to assure your Lordship. I beg to assure your Lordship that, from my own inspection, the house is quite unfit for the Members to meet in, and that from the importance of their duties as well Legislative as Judicial, it is a point of real importance to the Island at large that a suitable [house] with accommodations for the Suitors [should] be provided and I therefore beg [leave] to recommend the adoption of the enclosed Plan to your Lordship.
