W^m Corrin is well entitled and recovers one full moiety or half of the Lands and
Premiſes actioned for, but we leave the Deft. in the Poſſeſſion of the other Moiety
agreeable to the said Sheeding and Traverſe Jurys Verdicts, And this we give and return
as our Opinnion and Judgement in the Premiſes

At a meeting of the 24 Keys in Castletown this 20^th Sep^t.
1764.

The cause mentioned in the within Petition coming on to be
heard. M^r Richard Ambrose Stevenson took an Objection thereto alledging
that he had not legal & sufficient notice before our meeting which
appearing by the Coroners Certificate: Therefore this House is of Opinion
that the s^d cause cannot now be heard
