These are the Duties payable upon the Importation and Exportation of all Goods
Wares and Merchandize — The Royalty or Duty paid upon exporting of Flaggs
Crown (which was formerly an Article of the Revenue) is abrogated by the Statute 1736.
and latterly omitted in the Revenue Books.

These were Duties paid to the Lords for the Liberty of fishing for Herrings on the Coasts
of this Isle — The Native pays for each Boat (if 5,000° fish and upwards are

Chamber after the first Year pleaded the Charter of the British White herring
fishery and certain Acts of Parliament and refused paying any Acknowledgment
to the Lord for their Busses.
