and Aſsigns in pursuance of the Trusts therein
after declared should make such Leases Demises
Grants Feofments and Conveyances of the said Isle
and premises or any part thereof either by the
whole or in parcels to such Person and for such Estate
and for such parts in such manner and subject to such
Conditions Restrictions Power of Revocation and other
Powers and Provisoes as he the said James Duke of
Athole should during his life by Deed or Will executed in
the presence of three or more witnesses, direct limit or
appoint And in default of and until such Appoint
ment and subject to such direction Limitation or Ap-
pointment as should be so made (in case the same should
not amount to a compleat Disposition of the whole of the
said premises) Upon Trust that the said Archibald
Duke of Argyle David Lord Viscount Stormont and
John Sharpe and the Survivor of them their No-
minees and Aſsigns should permit the Said James
Duke of Athole and his Aſsigns to enjoy the said
trusted premises (or so much thereof whereof no
compleat Appointment should be made as afore-
said) And all the Rents and Profits thereof during
the life of the said James Duke of Athole without
rendering any Account or Impeachment of Waste
for the same And after the death of the said
James Duke of Athole upon Trust that the said
