In the above Opinion I put the Case most
favorably to M^r Roper as I am aware that a
strong Opinion is entertained by many that the
loss of that independence of Character which
ought to belong to those who practice in the
profession which may be fairly presumed to have
occurred from the Bankruptcy ought to be
considered as conclusive against such an Admission
