Esquire of the fifth part And the Right Honourable
George Earl of Aberdeen of the sixth part Where
As by a certain Indenture or Deed of Feofment
with Livery and Seizin thereon endorsed bearing date
the fourteenth day of November which was in the
year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and
thirty seven and made or mentioned to be made between
the said James Duke of Athole of the one part and
the Right Honourable John late Earl of Dunmore
and the Right Honourable William now Lord
Mansfield by his then Name and description of
the Honourable William Murray of Lincolns
Inn London Esquire And John Murray of the
city of Edinburgh Esquire since deceased Reciting as
therein is recited It was witnessed
that to the Intent that the Isle Castle Peel Lordship
and Territory of Man and other the lands and
Hereditaments therein and herein after particu-
larly mentioned might be settled assured and
conveyed upon such Trusts and in such manner
and to and for such Intents and Purposes and
subject to such provisoes Declarations and Ag-
reements as therein after are expressed And
for making a provision for the Daughters of the
said James Duke of Athole as therein also
expressed And for other the considerations in
the said Indenture expressed He the said James
Duke of Athole did grant bargain sell alien enfeoff
and confirm unto the said John Earl of Dunmore William
Murray
