Day of *March,* 1806, the said *John,* late Duke of *Atholl,* for
the Considerations therein mentioned, gave, granted, sold, and
disponed from him, and all others his Heirs and Assigns, to
and in favour of the said *Charlotte* Duchess of *Atholl,* Ba-
roness *Strange,* his Wife, only Child surviving, and Heir Fe-

Daughter always succeeding, and excluding Heirs Portioners
through the whole course of the Female Succession in all time
coming; whom failing, to himself the said *John* Duke of

*James Murray,* Esq. his immediate younger Brother, and the
Heirs Male of his Body; whom failing, to *George Murray,*
