Lands of Ballamoore, and in as much as the Said George Moore did also op[obscured]
and sufficiently make the Road leading through his own Lands beginning [obscured]
from near the Manse house in Kirkpatrick and leading to the Mountain [obscured]
by beal a vare Voare aforesaid. We do therefore by virtue of the Power Reposed [obscured]
by the Said Ordinance of the Said Tynwald Courts in like manner give our full
free consent that the Said George Moore do Enjoy all the old Roads adjoyning and

Land call'd beal a vare voar adjoyning to the now Mountain Road, as they are now inclosed
hereafter without molestation, as a full compensation and Satisfaction for all the
Damages and Expences which he the said George Moore hath sustained by the
foresaid road being so widened out of his Lands of Ballamoore and by him repaired
and made as aforesaid — And as to the Highway from Kirkpatrick
Church to the Mountain which hath been for several years past, so used we
order and appoint to be and remain an Highway Solely sufficient for all the
Publick uses of the Inhabitants of Peeltown to and from the Mountain and for the
uses of all other Persons from the Mountain and Parts adjacent to and from
Peeltown. And we also order and appoint the Said Highway to be the sole
and only Highway for all the uses of the Several Proprietors and Inhabitants
that are or may live in Ballamoar, Ballaquiggin, and of all others in the Parish of
Kirkpatrick, relatively concern'd, using the same to and from the Mountain, and
and from their respective Tenaments along the Highway, recited and comprehended
in our order dated the 10^th. November 1759 and in our appointment dated the 5^th
December 1759. — And we do order and appoint that the Road leading from
Peeltown to Kirk Germain by Ballagur, and so on, by through and upon the Lands
of Capt^n William Stevenson of Largydoo and from thence to the Lotrican [obscured]
Parish at Cronkbane and from thence to the South leading by the naps to the
Mountain, be amended opened and altered where the same requires it Subject to our
View and further Directions. — And we do order and appoint that
the Road leading from Peeltown by Patricks Lace's by Ballalough and the
River near Ballnahown and from thence to Beary, be amended opened and altered
where the same requires it upon our view thereof

And we do order and appoint that the Road leading from the beforementioned
Estate of Ballalough running up thither by the Drivey till it meets the Road
leading from S^t John's Chappell to Kirk Michael, where it Crosses Said Road, and
goes to the River and from thence till it comes to the Intacks of Beary be amended
opened and altered where the same requires it upon our view there of
