Revenue on an average of 10 years. in which the only articles

and were increasing rapidly-- But prove -

Theirs could only be a percentage on actual frauds committed
ag^t Duke.
3. From those alive prove their opinion of the extent of frauds
committed ag^t Dukes revenue & by whom chiefly --
4. What considerable merchants were settled in Island at
the Surrender. Their Capitals, and increasing Numbers.
5. How many withdrew then from the Country with their
Capitals.
6. How did this affect properly the Dukes in particular
Domains Waste Lands. Mines &^c.
7. What numbers of Inhabitants were then in Island -
& how much diminished
8 Estimate the importation necessary for their Consumpt.
