2. will agree to every reasonable proposal for the protection
and Regulation of the Game, and at the same time for
giving to certain Classes of the Inhabitants every
reasonable Enjoyment of it, and appropriating to
some publick purpose any money which may arise
from duties laid upon Licences.

The Legislature of the Isle of Man on their part
offer to bring in a bill to render publick every act of
Legislation, and also that a copy of every Bill shall
be delivered to the Dukes Agent or Steward within the
Isle of Man for the time being, three months at lean [?]
before such bill passes through the Legislative
bodies of the Island.

The Keys on their part are to give no
opposition to the principle of any Bill that may be
brought into Parliament which shall solely go to
the obtaining from Great Britain a further Compen
-sation to the Duke of Athole for the Sale of the
Island, or any rights which he may apprehend
he has been thereby deprived of But to be at full
liberty to oppose in any manner, any part or
parts of such Bill which may tend to charge
or to affect the Revenues of the Island.

The Governor Council and Keys of the
Isle of Man Agree within a year from this date to
bring in a bill for the purpose of Protecting and
rendering permanent and effectual, the rights
Priviledges and Prerogatives of the Duke of Athole
agreeable
