of the conveyance made by the said John Duke
of Athole and of the Settlement to be made by
the said Sir Charles Frederick and Edmund
Hoskins or the Survivor of them or the heirs
of such Survivor or of any or either of such
deeds or writings of from and against all
and every such Incumbrances or Charges
and all payments Suits Costs Charges Dama-
ges Expences Claims and Demands in
respect thereof or in any wise relating thereto
And that they the said Sir Charles Frederick
and Edmond Hoskins or the Survivor of
them or the executors or Administrators of
such Survivor shall and will at any time
or times sell and dispose of the same East
India Bonds last mentioned or any part
thereof and pay and apply the money to
arise thereby and the Interest in the mean
time to arise from or in respect of the same
East India Bonds or any part thereof in
such manner as shall be requisite and
necessary for the effecting of such Indem-
nity And from and immediately
after such time as the said John Duke of
Athole his heirs executors or Administrators
shall in manner aforesaid have satisfied the
said Sir Charles Frederick and Edmund
