Tynwald Court House of Saint John's
Chapel,- The House wherein Your
Memorialists assemble in Castletown
as well as in their Legislative,
as in their Judicial Capacity.
The Buildings wherein are held
His Majestys Courts of Chancery,
Exchequer, Common Pleas, and
General Gaol Delivery, and the
Public Repositories of Record
(some of which require to be rebuilt,
and others materially altered and
repaired) are to painfully manifest,
and too disgracefull to His
Majesty's Government to need
any comment from Your
Memorialists.
Your Memorialists
further begs leave to represent that
his Grace, [above line: having] in the Years 1780 and
1781 brought two successive Bills into
the British Parliament (where Your
