Christ Rushen in the said Isle of Man
together with their and every of their Rights
Members and Appurtenances which said
Impropriations Tyths and premises
formerly belonged to and were part of
the Possessions of the late dissolved Ab-
bey or Monastary of Rushen in the said
Isle and were heretofore aliened and sold or in-
tended to be aliened and sold by the said
Charles Earl of Derby deceased to the then
Lord Bishop of Sodor and Mann and
the then Archdeacon of the said Isle,
and were resumed and taken by the said
James Duke of Atholl into his own
hands upon or soon after his Accession
to the dominion and property of the said
Isle
