of certain invariable Quit Rents and
performance of certain Services.
These Tenures were recognized and
ratified by Royal Charter or Letters
Patent of the 7^th James 1^st By which
that Monarch expressly granted
and confirmed to His People and
Subjects of the Isle of Mann
All their Lands of Inheritance,
Free Tenements and other Rights
therein mentioned with full Power
and Authority to them and their
