them the said Sir Charles Frederick and Edmund
Hoskins or the Survivor of them or his executors

dence of the payment and discharge of all
such principal Money Interest and Costs

Bonds last mentioned and the Interest

far as the same will extend indemnify
and save harmless the said Estates and
every part thereof and the Person or
Persons who shall for the time being be
intitled thereto by virtue of the said recited
