In tender consideration of the premiſes the
Pett^r humbly prays a hearing on the matt[obscured]
this his petition & Complaint, that So he ma[obscured]
redreſsed in the premiſses according to Law

Ordered that this petition and Complaint come
on to be heard upon Thursday the 12^th. of Apri[obscured]
next. And the Comp^t is in the mean time to
Serve the Respond^t. with a Copy hereof in orde[r]
to his Defence— Given at Castle Rushen

Upon hearing this petition in presence of the pet^r and
M^r John Quayle Comptroller Def^t & upon reading his the S^d.
Def^ts. Answer thereto I am of opinion and do accordingly Order that
the S^d. pet^rs. Name be again inserted on the list of the Twenty
four Keys of this Isle. And as to the other Matters and
Charges mentioned in the S^d. petition I think proper to Dismiss that
part thereof, but leave the S^d. parties to take such Remedy for the same
against each other as they may think most advisable—
