to Survivor sufficient and satisfactory Evidences of the
Discharge of the said Debt of seven thousand pounds
and Interest and all Costs and Charges relating
thereto And of the said Estates being entirely of
actually and absolutely freed disincumbered and
exonerated therefrom and from all Claims and
Demands in respect thereof as aforesaid Upon
further Trust that they the said Sir
Charles Frederick and Edmund Hoskins or the
Survivor of them or the Executors or Adminis-
trators of such Survivor shall and do assign
or deliver over or cause to be assigned or de-
livered over the same East India Bonds last
mentioned and pay all Interest thereof which shall
have arisen or accrued due in the mean time or
all such part and so much of the same East India
Bonds and the Interest thereof as shall not
have been before such Time applied and dis-
posed of for the purposes aforesaid unto him
the said John Duke of Atholl his Executors
Administrators and Assigns to and for his or
their own Use and Benefit And as to for and
concerning the Remainder or such and so many
of the said East India Bonds so deposited with
the said Mess^rs Drummond as aforesaid as have
been purchased with and for the said Sum of
five thousand pounds and Interest of the same
East India Bonds last mentioned Upon
