for such Estates and Interests and with such powers
and Authorities respectively as therein mentioned With
the last Remainder to the heirs and Assigns of the
said James Duke of Athole whatsoever And it was
thereby further Declared that until such Sale should
be made as aforesaid the said Archibald Duke
of Argyle David Lord Viscount Stormont and
John Sharp their heirs and Assigns should from
and immediately after the decease of the said James
Duke of Athole stand sized of the said Isle and
Hereditaments and other the premises thereby
granted or so much thereof whereof no compleat
Appointment should have been made by the said
James Duke of Athole as aforesaid upon Trust until
such Sale should be made to his Majesty to pay and
allow out of the Rents and profits thereof unto all
and every Person and Persons holding or executing
any Office within the said Isle All such Fees Stipends
and annual Salaries and with such power
to augment or diminish the same as therein men-
tioned and subject thereto and to the Charges attend-
ing the execution of the said Trust upon Trust to
permit the Surplussage and Overplus of the Rents
Revenues and Profits of the said Isle and premises
to go to and be enjoyed by such Person or Persons as
for the time being would be respectively entitled to
be in the actual Receipt of the Rents Issues & Profits
of the Lands
