then held the same of the Kings majesty upon Trust to
make such Leases demises grants Feofments and Con-
veyances of the said Isle and other the Premises and
by such Direction and Appointment of the said James
Duke of Atholl during his lifetime as therein mentioned
And in default thereof upon Trust to permit the said
James Duke of Atholl and his Assigns to enjoy the
said Isle and premises And to receive the Rents and
Profits thereof during his life without Impeach-
ment of Waste And after the decease of the said James
Duke of Athole upon such further Trusts as therein
mentioned And a power was by the said Indenture
or Deed of Feofment given and reserved to the said
James Duke of Atholl from time to time during his
life by any deed or Instrument in writing duly exe-
cuted and attested in the presence of three or more
credible witnesses or by his last Will and Testament
in writing attested in the like manner, to revoke
alter determine repeal or make void all or any of
the Trusts Directions Declarations & Agreements
therein contained of or concerning the said Isle and Pre-
mises And by the same or any other Deed or writing
or by his Will attested as aforesaid to declare or appoint
any further or other Trusts Uses and Directions there-
of and with or without power of Revocation as to him
