purposes herein after mentioned expreſsed
and declared concerning the same (that is
to say) as to for and concerning such and
so many of them same East India Bonds
as were purchased with and for the said sum
of seven thousand pounds and the Interest
upon the same last mentioned East India
Bonds Upon Trust that they the
said Sir Charles Frederick and Edmond
Hoskins and the Survivor of them and
the Executors and Administrators of such
Survivor shall and will retain and with
hold the same in their or his name hands or
power until such time as the said John
Duke of Athole his heirs executors or Ad-
ministrators shall have fully paid off
and discharged the said principal Sum
of seven thousand pounds due on the said
heritable Bond to the said late Duke of Doug-
las and all Interest now due or hereafter
to grow due thereon or in respect thereof And
all Costs and Charges relating thereto And
shall have caused and procured all and
every the Estates of him the said John
Duke of Athole so sold and conveyed as
aforesaid to be intirely effectually and
absolutely freed disincumbered and ex-
onerated of and from the said heritable
Bond
