3 **That** the Limitted Quantitys of Tea & Coffee imported into the Isle of
Man from Great Britain pay the like moderate Dutys as in Ireland.

4 **That** Woolen Goods & Haberdashery for Wearing Apparel the Manufactures
of Great Britain may be Imported Duty Free into the Said Island—

3^ly **With** respect to our Fisheries & Manufactures—

1 **That** the Act of the 29^th George the 2^d for Encouraging the Fisheries of Scotland
be extended to this Island, under such Regulations, as shall be Suitable to our
Circumstances & Situation.

2 **That** for the Encouragement of our Linen Manufactures, any premiums or
Bountys Granted for promoting the Growth of Flax or making Linen Cloth
in Great Britain, may be compassionately extended to the People of this Island
in their present necessitous State.

by the principal Gentlemen and Merchants whose names
are subscribed to their humble petition to the Right
Honorable the Lords of His Majestys Treasury this 10^th
