every Sum and Sums of money which ſhall be
had taken and received as and for the purchaſe
price or Conſideration of the ſame Rectorys Im-
propriations Tyths and premiſes and every part
and parcel thereof reſpectively unto and to the
use of the said James Duke of Atholl if he shall
be then living Or if he shall be dead unto the Execu-
tors or Administrators of the said Duke to be deemed
considered and taken as and for part of the said
Dukes personal Estate And upon this further
Trust and Confidence that in the mean time
and until such Sale or Sales shall be made
as aforesaid The said John Murray and his
Heirs shall and do permit and suffer the Rents
Issues and Profits of the premises hereby vested
in him the said John Murray to be sold as aforesaid
to be had received and taken by and for the Benefit of
the said James Duke of Atholl during his life
and from and after his decease by and for the Bene-
fit of such Person or Persons as would be en-
titled thereto and ought to receive the same in
case these Presents had not been made And
for promoting and facilitating the Sale of
the same Rectorys Impropriations and
Tyths It is hereby declared and agreed that
