and fifty six shall or may be made of the
said Isle Hereditaments and Premises to the
Kings Majesty his heirs or Successors as afore-
said It is hereby further declared and agreed
that these Presents are upon this special Trust
and Confidence that when and so often as any
Person or Persons who either by virtue of these
Presents or of any future Feoffment or Con-
veyance to be made in pursuance of such
Nomination as aforesaid shall at any time
hereafter be seized of the said Isle Castle Peel
Lordship and Territory of Man and of other
the said trusted Premises shall depart this
life the Survivors and Survivor of such Persons
if any such shall be living And if not the heir
of the Survivor of such Person shall immediately
and without Delay elect and by writing under
his and their hands nominate such other pro-
per Person and Persons to supply the Place
and Stead of the Person and Persons so
dying as they shall think proper And forth-
with after such Election and Nomination
the said Isle Castle Peel Lordship and Ter-
ritories of Man and other the said trusted
Premises shall by proper Feoffments and
Assurances be conveyed and assured unto
