I beg leave to lay before Your Hon^rs the
Examination of Thomas Wilson, on whose Evidence
solely, and that chiefly arising from Information,
a Prosecution for any of the Facts mentioned in the
inclosed examination could not be Supported. This
Wilson has before been made Use of in M^r Tytons
Office as an Evidence; to whom it may be necessary
to refer this Examination for his Observations with
regard to Wilson's credit and any Prosecution arising
thereon in his Office.

I have perused the inclosed Information of
Thomas Wilson in which there is no Offence
charged upon any Person that would be a
foundation for a prosecution in my Office, even
if the Facts were within his own Knowledge
and not related upon the Information of others;
