and the said Sir Charles Frederick and Edmund
Hoskins laid out in the Purchase of East India
Bonds (the particulars whereof are indorsed on
the back of these presents) And which at the
Request of the said John Duke of Athole and
Charlotte Duchess of Athole his wife Baroness
Strange (testified by their signing these presents)
have been deposited for safe Custody in the
hands of Mess^rs Drummond Bankers at Charing
Cross in the Names and on the Account of the
said Sir Charles Frederick and Edmund
Hoskins Now this Inden
ture witnesseth and it is
hereby declared and agreed by and between all
the said parties to these presents that the said
several and respective East India Bonds so
specified and particularized on the back of these
presents, and deposited with Mess^rs Drummond
as aforesaid and every of them were and was
purchased with the said Sum of twelve thou-
sand Pounds part of the said Sum of seventy
thousand Pounds And that they the said
Sir Charles Frederick and Edmund Hos-
kins and the Survivor of them And the
Executors and Administrators of such Survivor
shall and will from henceforth stand possessed
thereof and of all Interest due and to accrue
due thereon upon the Trusts and for the
Purposes
